 Hello Darkness,my old friend

You are reckless,lost and found

You're thoughtless,just as the wind

Blowing loneliness,at night unbound


At night i lie awake,in the morning i am tired

Embracing you like,a long lost lover 'turned

With love which i take,you being welcomed

To torture and bake,me in pain untold 


You look lonely,they exclaim oftenly

I am partially,but prefer silence only

To be manly,i behave appropriately

As it is likely,to be miscontrued easily


I love you my solitude,treasuring you darling

But please sit aside,let me enjoy life learning

I will take a stride,a leap to the nice ending

Let me please abide,with happinness darling

I SHOT THE SHERIFF

 It was i who shot the sheriff Now they claim that i am guilty They are tracking me down Led by the police deputy He was an ugly and fat baboon With money and a Toyota Saloon Five stars on his uniform-a marshal To shoot he needed not a rehearsal Mine beautiful wife he long coveted  Money and car had he and i not Every week flowers he brought While sweat i broke building the road All this while i knew but so what  A man with no money is like a man With a broken hand; no use they got He provided both on the plate and the bed On that fateful day i said enough is enough With my month's salary a gun i purchased, Headed home and waited in the trough.  Nothing prepared me for the pain  Of your untimely journey from plain The memories beat me like strong rain I long to see you son of my mother again  I will be well;you had promised before the Fateful day. I recall the flicker of hope in the Eyes which like clouds hid every pain  the  Son of my mother was going through. Retelling your story was a painful ordeal  Streams of hot liquid flowed a great deal Our young innocent images play like reel  I long to see you son of my mother for real Now you sleep covered  deep in the ground  Tonnes of earth providing warmth unbound Even in your slumber i am still very proud Of the person you had become when around Your son constantly nags me to call you  Little does he know you started anew In to the shining blue  skies you flew After the big trumpet the angels blew.
